Permission Slips are being distributed and will be available to download on our web site.
It is too early to require them for use by next week’s Haunted Forest, so they will be required for all youth outings effective January 1, 2008.

Youth Led Worship – A time is being worked out with Mike Link to schedule the first planning meeting. Sunday late afternoons is easiest time to meet. Time will be determined and announced soon.

Fundraising ;
Church Wide Auction raised $6500. Thank you to Nicci Thrower and Julie Nors.
Decision was made to make “Thank you” cards out of posterboard for for each of them and Starbuck’s cards. Present during worship service.
No committee members from Fundraising were present for other report.
Variety Show schedule date in 2008 is tabled until next meeting.

Christmas:
Julie & Ian Spaight are Event Planners and working on party plans.
Shirley Harris will assist with Spaights in planning a Mission Project
Discussion on mission project choices: All were in agreement that they would to “do” something not just bring or buy gifts. Possibilities listed
Are soup kitchen or Food Bank. Perhaps someone else in our
Church needing help ie; Hayden Brubaker.
Mid Winter Retreat Dates were announced for Bridgeport however, the date listed was for 2007.
